Please note that due to maintenance tasks in our booking system, all of our channels will be unavailable from 3 pm on Saturday 12 January until the early hours on Sunday 13 January.
For the duration of these tasks, it will not be possible to book flights, check in online or manage bookings (changes, requests for services, etc.). We therefore recommend that you inform your customers and advise them to manage their booking before that date.
To guarantee that all public-fare bookings have been issued before the outage, on 10 January we will provisionally change the issuance deadlines for Optima and TimeFlex fares. Once the system is up and running again, the usual deadlines will apply.
There will be no change to deadlines for TO bookings. Please remember that in the case of bookings made but not issued, if the deadline falls during the outage they will need to be issued before then.
