Ticket changes
In order to offer you the best service, please write the exact changes you want:
  1. The flights that you want to be changed
  2. The names of passengers for which you make the changes
  3. The new dates that you want to travel
Passenger details changes
In order to offer you the best service, please write the exact changes you want:
  1. The passengers´ details as shown on your tickets now
  2. The corrected passengers´ details as you want them
Ticket Cancellation
In order to offer you the best service, please write the exact changes you want:
  1. The flights that you want to cancel
  2. The names of the passengers that will not travel
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Submitting the application does not mean the changes will be done.
To complete the procedure the following must take place:
  1. A customer care agent will process your application.
  2. If the changes you request are possible, you will be sent an email with the possible extra costs or refund you are entitled to and instructions to complete the process.
  3. You have to reply to this email that you accept the costs or refund, and our agent will complete your re-issue request. Any refund will be refunded to the payment method you chose originally for your booking. Any extra cost has to be paid BEFORE the re-issue is completed.
Important notes for completing the application form:
  • Define the changes you need in complete detail.
  • Our changes and re-issues department is open Mon-Fri 10:00 – 18:00 (GMT+2)
  • If you need to change your tickets on a non-working time or day, you will have to contact the ferry company/ Organizer of the event directly.
